This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The supervisor will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementPlan and define project objectives, timelines, and required resources.Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the project plan as necessary.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Team CoordinationSupervise and coordinate Project Managers direct report, providing leadership and develop staff and talents by setting objectives, appraising performance, and help PMs to identify professional development plans to cover the gaps.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.Resource ManagementManage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project goals.Monitor resource allocation and adjust as needed.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Provide regular updates on project status and progress.Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly.Quality AssuranceEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.Implement quality control processes and procedures.Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Implement contingency plans as necessary.RequirementsProven experience in project management, preferably in a related industry, with at least 2-5 years of experience handling projects from start to finish, from planning to delivery.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong leadership and team management skills.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a diligent approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.Proficiency in both Italian and English is preferred.Why You'll Love Working HereWe believe in encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment where all employees can compete and excel.Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
