Our scope of work includes systems, repairing, dealing with issues, handling and tracking parts and assisting in Data Center maintenance. Amazon Data Centers are large-scale high-density centers where you will help change the face of Technology in the region.Key Job Responsibilitiesオペレーションチームの一員として、データセンターインフラの保守・維持を主な責務とします。サーバーラックの設置・撤去、各種ITハードウェアやネットワーク機器の修理、緊急事態への対応などを実施します。顧客とのサービスレベル契約を遵守し、ハードウェアのトラブルシューティングや技術的課題に対する第一次対応窓口を担当します。オンコール対応を行い、定期メンテナンスや変更管理作業を通じてインフラを監視します。メトリクス分析および日次・週次目標の進捗確認のためにチームミーティングに参加します。安全性やセキュリティを含むポリシーと手順を理解し、適切に実践します。運用上の問題に対する根本原因分析を通じて技術文書を作成し、改善施策に貢献します。経験豊富なエンジニアは、必要に応じて経験の浅いチームメンバーの指導を行います。A Day in the Lifeデータセンターのインフラ機器（ラック、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ハードウェア部品、ケーブル等）の保守管理を行います。チケットシステムに基づき、サーバーラックの設置・撤去やサーバーハードウェアの修理などを行います。オンコール対応を含め、定期メンテナンスや変更管理作業におけるインフラ監視を行います。高度なトラブルシューティングと問題解決能力を発揮します。サイト管理に参画し、運用エリアの5Sを徹底します。他のエンジニアチームと交代制シフトで勤務します。シフトは1日10時間（休憩1時間含む）、週4日勤務・週3日休み。勤務時間帯は8:00〜18:00、12:00〜22:00、21:45〜08:15 のいずれか。Basic QualificationsProblem management ticket tracking, escalation procedures experience, and data center facility operations.Knowledge and understanding of maintenance windows and change management.Japanese & English communication skills.Linux (RHCSA, CCNA, or equivalent) / networking certifications and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).BA/BS in technical field or equivalent practical experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ticketing systems, escalation procedures and data center facilities.Understanding of maintenance windows and change management.English & Japanese communication skills.Linux/networking certifications (RHCSA, CCNA, or equivalent) and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).BA/BS in technical field or equivalent practical experience.Our Culture & AccommodationsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
