Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory and SupportEmployment benefits and regulatory compliance Absenteeism management and reintegration Local accountability for compensation processes HR programs and administrative matters Mobility and flexible work arrangements Engagement and retention initiatives Performance management Employee relationsProject and Process ManagementPayroll and administrative activities Implementation of HR policies and solutions Support for organizational restructuring plans HR technology deployment Organizational development initiatives Reward frameworks, job evaluation, and recognition programs Employee engagement and development programsWorks Council SupportFacilitate reporting and information exchange Ensure legal documentation and compliance Assist in managing and executing agreementsEducation & ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Law, Business Management (or equivalent) Minimum 10 years of operational and advisory HR experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR administration Proven track record in managing projects and organizational change Experience in a global company preferred Background in technology or professional services is a plus Familiarity with complex matrix organizations advantageous Proficiency in HCM systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft OfficeKey AttributesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and regulations Acts with integrity and ensures confidentiality Builds strong relationships through trust, collaboration, and credibility Delivers results through effective stakeholder management in an international context Thrives under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Location & Work ArrangementTurin, Italy Hybrid: 8 days per month onsite with smart working Full-time positionPosting InformationPosting Date: Today Job Requisition ID: R Reporting to: Associate Director, HR Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
