Project Manager di Processo – Settore Farmaceutico (Pomezia)1. Il tuo ruolo Contribuire allo sviluppo e alla gestione delle attività di process engineering all’interno di un impianto farmaceutico sterile e solidi orali. Supportare progetti di drug product dalla definizione dei parametri critici alla valutazione della robustezza del processo. Collaborare con i team di produzione, qualità e R&D per garantire l’efficienza e la compliance dei processi. Monitorare l’intero ciclo produttivo individuando rischi, criticità e opportunità di miglioramento. 2. Le tue mansioni Identificazione, analisi e controllo dei Critical Process Parameters (CPP) e Critical Quality Attributes (CQA). Esecuzione di analisi statistiche tramite Minitab per la valutazione della robustezza dei processi (low/medium/high risk). Supervisione operativa dei processi di produzione sterili e solidi orali, assicurando aderenza alle linee guida GMP. Gestione delle attività di troubleshooting, root cause analysis e continuous improvement lungo l’intero processo produttivo. 3. I requisiti Esperienza tra 5 e 10 anni nel settore farmaceutico, preferibilmente su processi sterili e solidi orali. Laurea in discipline scientifiche (Ingegneria, Farmacia, Chimica, Biologia o affini). Conoscenza di statistica applicata ai processi e utilizzo professionale diMinitab ; italiano fluente, inglese gradito. Capacità di seguire end-to-end i processi produttivi, identificare criticità e proporre soluzioni tecniche. 4. Cosa offriamo Modalità di lavoro ibrida:3 giorni onsite a Pomezia + 2 giorni in smart working . Contesto farmaceutico regolato, focalizzato su produzioni sterili e solidi orali.
