In 2024 the group generated a turnover of €5.8 billion.Job DescriptionSopra Steria is looking for an experienced Financial Services Business Analyst to contribute to transformation programs for financial services clients. The role includes solution design, process analysis, requirement gathering, functional analysis in an Agile context, data analysis and product owner activities.ResponsibilitiesParticipation in the definition of solutions in transformation programs for Financial Services clients.Process analysis, requirement gathering, functional analysis in an Agile context, data analysis, product owner activities.Guidance of users in the change process.ProfileDegree in economics or STEM disciplines.4+ years of professional experience.Experience with major consulting firms in banks, insurance and financial intermediaries.Interest in digital transformation and its business impact.Result orientation, energy and motivation, strong interpersonal communication and teamwork attitude.Core CompetenciesKnowledge of banking and/or insurance processes.Analytical skills focused on design, testing and change management in IT systems.Planning, organization and problem solving.Team management (2-4 people).Fluent English.Location & WorkingRoma with possibility of smart‑working according to the company policy.
