Descrizione lavoro: Ti piacerebbe entrare a far parte della Direzione Capital Management come Investment Analyst/associate?In questo ruolo avrai l’opportunità di analizzare le opportunità di mercato per lo sviluppo di nuove iniziative di business e per la valorizzazione del portafoglio di proprietà interfacciandoti con i principali operatori di mercato.ResponsabilitàValutazione del posizionamento competitivo e della strategia di AMCO.Approfondimento e analisi di settori, mercati e asset class diversificati, con l'obiettivo di sviluppare una comprensione approfondita delle loro dinamiche economiche, patrimoniali e regolamentari, per identificare opportunità strategiche e proporre soluzioni innovative in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.Identificazione di strategie e iniziative, coerenti con il business plan della società, preparazione della documentazione necessaria per l’approvazione interna.Analisi degli asset di proprietà AMCO, al fine di identificare la migliore strategia per la loro valorizzazione.Attività di coordinamento con le direzioni aziendali coinvolte, negoziazioni con le controparti e attività di PMO finalizzate al closing delle iniziative.Gestione delle relazioni con gli operatori di mercato e con i consulenti legali, finanziari e industriali.Partecipazione e coordinamento delle attività di due diligence propedeutiche alle attività di sviluppo del businessRequisitiLaurea in discipline Economiche, finanziarie e/o giuridicheOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseEsperienza su modelli Excel per l’analisi finanziaria e di business planningOttime capacità comunicative finalizzate alla preparazione della documentazione richiesta dalle diverse progettualità (es.
