Il Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, all’interno di Risk Governance & Compliance, nell’unità organizzativa Third Parties & Asset Compiance, è alla ricerca di:Fire Prevention Expert - Competence Center Risk in tema Prevenzione IncendiLa risorsa, a diretto riporto del process owner, sarà inserita nella unità organizzativa di Third Parties & Asset Compiance che si occupa principalmente di assicurare la governance dei processi di third parties compliance, assicurare la progettazione e implementazione di controlli di II livello, presidiare il Sistema di Gestione Integrato delle certificazioni aziendali, garantire lo sviluppo del Global Asset Management System e garantire lo sviluppo del Modello Antincendio (assicurando il presidio della normativa applicabile, l’elaborazione di linee guida, best practice di settore e standard di riferimento, garantendo il supporto ai competence center presenti all’interno delle BU).Avrà maturato un’esperienza di 8-10 anni principalmente nell'ambito della prevenzione incendi.Principali attività ed aree di responsabilità:Svolgere approfondimenti normativi in materia antincendio, intercettando evoluzioni legislative, al fine di declinarne i criteri applicativi con il supporto delle BU coinvolte, diffondendo e monitorando il recepimento degli stessi;Definire standard di indirizzo/governo e operativi comuni, attraverso linee guida e policy e supportare le BU coinvolte nel rischio nell’applicazione e utilizzo degli stessi;Assicurare l'aggiornamento e il funzionamento nel tempo del Modello di Gestione del Rischio Incendio, in conformità agli standard emanati, garantendo attività di quality assurance;Definire i requisiti e le misure da porre in essere in materia antincendio in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali per ridurre/mitigare il rischio incendio in cooperazione con le BU interessate;Definire e attuare programmi/iniziative di formazione e informazione in accordo con le Direzioni e BU coinvolte, al fine di promuovere la cultura aziendale in materia antincendio;Definire e attuare metodologie e architetture del sistema di monitoraggio e controllo del Modello di Gestione del Rischio Incendio, in ottica di miglioramento continuo;Curare e coordinare i rapporti con i VVFF;Registrare gli eventi e i near miss in tema antincendio, elaborare root cause analysis degli stessi con valutazione sull'efficacia dei presidi in essere e determinare nuove misure di presidio da implementare;Definire e monitorare KPI in tema antincendio e assicurare gli opportuni flussi informativi nei confronti del management e organi aziendali;Fornire consulenza e assistenza alle BU per supportarle nelle prestazioni di loro competenza in tema antincendio, facilitando il miglioramento continuo.Requisiti ed esperienze:Esperienza lavorativa avanzata nell'ambito della prevenzione incendi;Conoscenza approfondita delle leggi e delle normative in materia antincendio, anche con particolare riferimento a quelle applicabili alle aerostazioni o ai grandi centri commerciali;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Competenze:Analisi;Pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro;Orientamento al risultato;Problem solving;Team working;Network leadership;Capacità relazionali e comunicative.Titolo di studi:Laurea specialistica in ingegneria o altra laurea specialistica o magistrale equivalenteSede di Lavoro:Fiumicino AeroportoTipologia di offerta:Contratto a tempo indeterminato;Modalità di lavoro ibridaLa selezione è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006.Offerta di lavoro tutelata dalla L. 68/99 – Categorie protette.#J-18808-Ljbffr
