For our own projects, we are looking for:PROCESS ENGINEER (SENIOR) – O&MMISSION :The selected candidate will support the O&M Department by providing process engineering expertise for FPSO operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and optimized operation of oil and gas process systems. The role involves close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain production performance and compliance with safety and environmental standards.TASKS :Monitor and optimize process systems performance, including oil separation, gas treatment, and water injectionAnalyze operational data to ensure process parameters remain within design limits and improve production efficiencyProvide technical support for troubleshooting process upsets and equipment malfunctionsInvestigate root causes of process deviations and define corrective actionsPrepare performance reports and monitor key process KPIsEnsure compliance with process safety standards, environmental regulations, and company proceduresParticipate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and Management of Change (MoC) activitiesSupport maintenance planning, shutdowns, start-ups, and equipment interventionsDevelop and update operating procedures, SOPs, and work instructionsSupport training of operations personnel on process systems and safety practicesInterface with mechanical, instrumentation, and safety teams to ensure integrated and safe operationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalentProven experience as a Process Engineer within the Oil & Gas sectorExperience in FPSO operations is a strong advantageMinimum 2 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience (seniority preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesTECHNICAL SKILLS :Knowledge of process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Pipenet, Flarenet, FlaresimExpertise in preparation and optimization of Block Flow Diagrams, PFDs, and P&IDsUnderstanding of metallurgy and materials used in Oil & Gas applicationsSolid knowledge of process safety principles and proceduresProficiency in English and ItalianCONTRACT DETAILS :Location : Milan, ItalyWorking hours : 8 hours / day, 5 days / weekContract duration : 12 monthsAvailability : ASAPProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
