Our core team is headquartered in Lomazzo (Como), Italy, and we have expanded our presence in the U.S. with headquarters based in Northern Virginia.As we continue to develop innovative technologies to support the NewSpace economy, we are looking for world‑class talent ready to tackle challenging projects to drive expansion and sustainability of the space ecosystem.WHAT WE OFFERLeaf Space offers comprehensive benefits, and flexible remote work options to support our employees in achieving their goals.MARKETING SPECIALISTA professional with a strong MarCom orientation to join Leaf Space and support brand, communication, and go-to-market activities during a key growth phase.Candidate ProfileThis role is well suited for candidates coming from:In-house marketing roles within B2B tech companies (SaaS, telecom, aerospace/space, technology-enabled services)Marketing/communication agencies, especially profiles used to working on product or service launches, go-to-market initiatives, and storytelling of complex solutions, and motivated to move in‑house.We value hands‑on profiles, comfortable working across different marketing activities, eager to learn, and ready to grow toward broader ownership over time.As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to execute brand, communication, and content initiatives, while progressively building exposure to product marketing and go-to-market activities.The role combines execution, coordination, and learning, with increasing responsibility as the function evolves.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport brand and marketing communication activities, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpointsCreate, adapt, and manage content across formats (articles, newsletters, case studies, website updates, product‑related materials)Support and manage social media activities as part of the broader communication strategyContribute to go-to-market initiatives for product or service launches and commercial campaigns, supporting messaging and storytellingCollaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical topics into clear, market-facing communicationSupport CRM and marketing campaign execution, including lifecycle communications and basic performance trackingMaintain and update the marketing and communication calendarSupport internal communications and employer branding initiativesMonitor engagement and campaign performance and suggest improvementsQUALIFICATIONS AND STUDIESBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Economics, or related fieldsAdditional certifications or training in marketing, communication, or digital marketing are a plusREQUIREMENTS2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing roles within tech-oriented companies and/or Marketing/communication agencies working with B2B or technology clientsExposure to brand, communication, content, and social media activitiesExperience or interest in go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, or product/service launchesAbility to work in an international and cross-functional environmentTECH SKILLSContent creation and editing (written and visual coordination)Social media management tools and platformsBasic familiarity with CRM and marketing automation toolsBasic understanding of campaign performance metrics and reportingFamiliarity with AI tools applied to marketing activities (content support, analysis, productivity)SOFT SKILLSStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to simplify complex or technical topicsProactive, curious, and hands‑on attitudeGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities in parallelTeam-oriented mindset and openness to feedbackLanguagesItalian: fluentEnglish: professional working proficiencyOther languages are a plusREPORTS TOHead of MarketingJOB LOCATIONHybrid / Remote-friendlyLocation within Italy or EUEXPECTED START DATEAs soon as possibleJOB TYPEFull-timePermanent contract (or temporary contract depending on profile and availability)#J-18808-Ljbffr
