Your Responsibilities As a Content Moderator, you will:Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platformEnsure user accounts and content meet community guidelinesReview and take action on sensitive advertisement materialsMaintain high quality standards in every case reviewedEnforce content policies with accuracy, empathy, and consistencyUphold platform safety and user trust What Were Looking For Italian Native/Fluent (C2) English Fluent (B2) Previous experience in content moderation is a plus , but not requiredFast learner with a strong attention to detailAble to remain neutral and objective when handling sensitive contentCalm under pressure and resilient in a fast-paced environmentEmpathetic, motivated, and positive-minded What We Offer Base Salary : 1,000 gross/month️ Meal Allowance : 7.63/dayRelocation Package Includes :Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 monthsRoom in a shared apartment for up to 12 months    Rent is just 280/month (all bills included) , deducted directly from your salaryPaid Training and full onboarding supportWork with a friendly, international team in a dynamic environmentSchedule : Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)Work model : On-site in Porto, Portugal Why Join Us?
