Junior Administrative

LSC Lifesciences Consultants is looking for a graduating or recently graduated talent to join our Administrative & Finance team in Milan. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility from day one, working directly with our CFO and Financial Controller and gaining a 360° view of how a consulting firm runs. Direct mentorship: Work side‑by‑side with senior leaders (CFO & FC). Broad exposure: Finance operations, reporting, payroll coordination, vendor management, and client documentation. What you'll doMonitor and control project expense budgets and flag variances early. Prepare and submit financial documentation to clients, auditors, and third parties. Collaborate with payroll providers and accounting firms to ensure timely, accurate information flow. Maintain financial records and structure documentation for internal/external reporting. Assist with periodic financial reports and refresh Excel-based internal databases. Track project file completion, invoicing schedules, and report progress to the Financial Controller. What you bringDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar (completed or near completion). Excellent Italian & English; extra languages are a plus. Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); familiarity with Google Workspace and SharePoint preferred. Proven time management and ability to hit deadlines. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., for document prep, data checks, reconciliations, process automation). Analytical, precise, and highly organized. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while being a great teammate. Clear and confident communication skills.
