Core responsabilities: La figura si occuperà di coordinare il team che segue l’analisi e la modellizzazione di sistemi MES in ambito industriale. In particolare, in funzione dell’esperienza maturata, la risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e dettare le linee organizzative della Business Unit che segue: Analisi dei processi As-Is in ambito Execution Parametrizzazione delle soluzioni IT in ambito MES Analisi e traduzione dei requisiti di business Definizione di ToBe Model di processi in ambito Operations Responsabilità di Project Management, coordinamento risorse e gestione della relazione con il cliente Must have: Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di team che realizzano soluzioni MES, oppure pluriennale esperienza in contesti aziendali in cui ci sia stata l'opportunità di seguire e partecipare a progetti di introduzione di soluzioni a supporto del controllo della produzione e/o di digitalizzazione della fabbrica Buona propensione all’utilizzo di strumenti informatici e dei database (conoscenza linguaggio SQL) Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi e frequenti trasferte, prevalentemente in Italia Competenze nelle aree di gestione della produzione e di sistemi di campo Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente in ambito ICT, Elettronica, Meccatronica o Gestionale) Nice to have: Leadership Gestione e sviluppo di gruppi eterogenei Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi Doti comunicative e collaborative Approccio analitico e organizzato ai problemi Location: Udine (UD).
