Responsibilities Innovate & develop: Design new products and enhance existing ones by developing raw materials, processes, and product parameters that support our business strategy. Project leadership: Define, plan, and execute projects, seeing them through from conception to successful implementation. Customer‑centric support: Work alongside our commercial team and provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring seamless product integration and addressing any challenges. Optimization & quality control: Establish product specifications and implement productivity, capacity, and quality improvements. Continuous learning: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements through research and networking, incorporating new materials, processes, and competitive insights into product development. Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Material Science (advanced degree or relevant experience is a plus). Professional experience: 1–3 years in product development, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Skills: Strong project management and analytical problem‑solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles. Languages: Professional‑level English and Italian. Travel availability: Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%) to engage with customers and internal teams.
