Job DescriptionGeneral legal support with a focus on commercial contracts, corporate law, M&A, and compliance.Provide legal support globally to Ammega. Act as a trusted advisor to the business and helping build a robust legal function.ResponsibilitiesIndividual accountabilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements.Advise on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions and post-deal integration.Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters.Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters and liaise with public authorities.Analyse legislation and regulations, provide legal opinions - including implementation and/or impact on the business.Shared AccountabilitiesContribute to legal entity management and rationalization.Develop, implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures.Ensure harmonized legal practices across the Group.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to support business goals.Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholdersGeneral Counsel, Legal Counsel and ParalegalManagement and Board of Directors of Group entitiesPurchasing, sales and business operations teamsQualifications7-10 years post qualification experience, in an international law firm and/or in-house legal department.Fluent in written and spoken English (min CEFR C2)Strong generalist legal skills in commercial contracts, corporate law, and M&A.Experience or interest in compliance.Excellent communication skills and a constructive, collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.Willingness to help build and shape legal processes and tools.About UsAMMEGAAMMEGA is a global company located in 40 countries.We value our employees, customers, entrepreneurship and we act in an agile and responsible way.
