With a presence in more than 60 countries through flagship stores, franchises, and multibrand partners, the Company continues to expand thanks to the passion, talent, and commitment of its teams.Grounded in Italian design and premium quality, Antony Morato embraces a modern, inclusive, and collaborative work environment where individuals can grow professionally, contribute to meaningful projects, and support the evolution of a globally recognized brand.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist & HR Business Partner to support and oversee HR and payroll operations for our Italian & Spanish direct retail stores.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with the labor framework, and supporting store managers in all HR-related activities.He/she will also collaborate with international teams, requiring full professional proficiency in Spanish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full payroll cycle for all retail stores, including monthly variables, attendance, overtime, holidays, sickness, and injuries.Oversee the time‑tracking systems and ensure correct alignment with retail shift scheduling and store operations.Support Store Managers and Area Managers with HR matters: onboarding, performance topics, disciplinary processes, workforce planning, and staffing levels.Assist with recruitment activities for store teams (seasonal hiring, part‑time, apprenticeships).Ensure compliance with CCNL Commercio and manage mandatory communications and relations with external bodies (INPS, INAIL, consultants).Collaborate with international HR teams and HQ by preparing HR reporting and updates in Spanish (supported by a Local Consultant).Build strong relationships with store teams to promote alignment, engagement, and operational excellence.What We Are Looking For2+ years of experience in payroll and/or HR management, ideally in the retail sector.Strong knowledge of the Italian labor law and CCNL Commercio.Fluent Spanish (B2/C1); English is a plus.Solid understanding of retail dynamics, workforce planning, and store performance indicators.Proficiency with payroll and time‑tracking systems (Zucchetti).Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; proactive and solution‑oriented approach.Passion for retail and people development.What we offerA key role in a fast‑growing international fashion brandA dynamic environment with real career development opportunitiesEmployment contract and job classification aligned with the Italian CCNL Commercio e Servizi, suitable for specialized professional roles.If you’re passionate about fashion retail and ready for a new challenge, apply now and join the Antony Morato journey.#J-18808-Ljbffr
