OverviewTeam: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Corporate Team. Location: Milan. The intern will focus on H&S issues and contribute to the culture of safety within Prysmian Group. ResponsibilitiesAudit, control and data reporting activities for central functions. Coordination activities with Regions and plants. Drafting of guidelines and procedures. Site visits to check the application of procedures and data management. Elaboration of reports to be presented to top management. Performance and successKPIs include Frequency index / Gravity Index. HSE Capex investment. Safety Culture Maturity Index. OpportunitiesPossibility to travel around Italian sites. Work with a worldwide team. Dynamic work environment. QualificationsMaster’s degree in security engineering, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar fields. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 18001 standards. Knowledge of safety legislation (e.g. Legislative Decree 81/2008). Familiarity with Risk Assessment. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
