Restaurant Manager - ristorazione commerciale Per primaria realtà italiana attiva nel mercato della ristorazione commerciale, stiamo ricercando:DIRETTORE PUNTO VENDITA/RISTORAZIONEIl Responsabile ha il compito di presidiare e sviluppare le performance commerciali del locale e dei colleghi, implementando e monitorando le caratteristiche degli assortimenti del pv ed agendo sull’organizzazione del lavoro.Nello specifico, si occuperà di:verificare la qualità del servizio al cliente;definire le corrette attività per la gestione del personale;assicurare la corretta applicazione delle direttive aziendali in merito alla Sicurezza e alle disposizioni di Qualità, Igiene e Ambiente;svolgere le attività amministrative previste sul punto vendita;mantenere i rapporti con i fornitori per il punto vendita;assicurare le attività di formazione del personale operativo;essere responsabile dei risultati e della gestione operativa del punto vendita di sua competenza.Desideriamo entrare in contatto con persone che abbiano maturato esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni come Responsabile/Direttore in settori analoghi (Ristorazione Commerciale/Collettiva, GDO, Retail); E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese.E' richiesta disponibilità e flessibilità oraria e possibilità di mobilità sul territorio nazionale.Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminatoPunti vendita in Nord Italia (Liguria, Piemonte.
