Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.MissionThe Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.What will I be doing?Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaintsfrom GuestsEnsure the health and safety of the hotel at nightPrinting of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following dayCompilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shiftWhat are we looking for?Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plusGood knowledge of Opera PMSPrevious experience in the same position in hotels of the same categoryReliability, problem solving skills.At Meliá we are all VIPGreat professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
