We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for high complex challenges, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning AnalystThis position will support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOnboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools.Create training material for EDSP team.Lead training sessions and work actively on AMZL; EDSP new node launches.Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage.Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.Basic QualificationsExperience with written and verbal communication and presentation.Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Operations experience.Basic / Intermediate English.Completed Bachelor’s Degree.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Learning Management Systems and content development.Experience using and communicating performance metrics.Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and / or overnight, as needed.
