Developing sales and managing key accounts across Modern Trade (GDO), Traditional Trade, and HoReCa Building and expanding the distribution network on the Italian market Conducting commercial negotiations (pricing, trade terms, promotions) Acquiring new business partners and distributors Monitoring the market, competitors, and sales potential Delivering sales targets and reporting results Regular reporting to the headquarters (in English or Polish) Close cooperation with marketing and logistics teamsOur requirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector Experience in beer sales or other beverages will be a strong asset In-depth knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade and HoReCa channels High level of independence and ownership in daily work Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships Fluency in English or Polish, enabling smooth reporting to HQ University degree (economics, sales, management, marketing or related fields preferred) Willingness to travel frequently across Northern ItalyWhat we offerA strategic and autonomous role with high responsibility Real impact on brand and business development in Italy An international working environment Direct cooperation with company headquarters Competitive compensation package, depending on experience and performance All necessary work toolsAplikuj #J-18808-Ljbffr
