Business Development Manager – Oracle Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) , a part of Arrow Electronics, delivers innovative IT solutions to market, solving complex business challenges. We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market.We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Italy.What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?Identify new business opportunities – including markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and servicesEnsure the execution of sales growth plans. Drive results through demand identification and creation opportunitiesPlan and oversee new business initiativesResearch organizations and key stakeholders to find new opportunitiesFind and develop new markets and improve sales by leveraging Arrow’s portfolio of servicesAttend conferences, meetings, and industry eventsDevelop quotes and proposals for clientsDevelop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are metAnalyse and report performance dataMonitor pipeline performance3>What We Are Looking For2–5 years of experience in sales and/or business development in ITKnowledge of Oracle products and services – mandatoryBusiness proficiency in Italian and EnglishGood track record in business development in the distribution marketKnowledge and passion about new technology products and solutions, and understanding of global trends and opportunitiesStrong communication and sales skillsEasy to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and customersAbility to travel 3 days per week to client officesWhat is in it for you?Possibility to work in a global organization with many personal development opportunitiesPermanent contract (with probation period)Base salary plus bonus based on achievementCompany carMeal vouchersSubmit CV in English Arrow is an equal‑opportunity employer.
