Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata del Gruppo Adecco, è alla ricerca di un/a Tender & Data Integrity Specialist per un'azienda leader nel settore delle tecnologie medicali. L'azienda si occupa di sviluppare, produrre e commercializzare dispositivi medici, strumenti e reagenti innovativi utilizzati in ambito clinico, diagnostico avanzato e nella ricerca scientifica. Il/la Tender & Data Integrity Specialist è responsabile di supportare e coordinare la preparazione delle gare (tender) e di guidare iniziative di miglioramento dei processi legati alla qualità, integrità e pulizia dei dati aziendali. Il ruolo contribuisce a garantire la conformità, l’efficienza e l’accuratezza delle informazioni utilizzate nei processi commerciali e operativi. Coordinare le attività tra i diversi stakeholder interni (Sales, Marketing, Ufficio Gare) per rispettare le scadenze. Supportare le Business Units nei processi di revisione prezzi e rinnovi contrattuali Supporto per il raccoglimento dei prezzi della concorrenza Data Integrity & Cleansing: Analizzare i database aziendali per identificare anomalie, duplicazioni e incoerenze. Implementare processi di data cleansing e standardizzazione per garantire l’accuratezza dei dati. Monitorare KPI relativi alla qualità dei dati e proporre azioni correttive. Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Diritto Amministrativo o affini. Esperienza di 2-3 anni in ambito tender management, data management o process improvement. Conoscenza avanzata di strumenti di analisi dati (Excel avanzato, Power BI, Database Gare, SFDC). Si offre inserimento in Staff Leasing, CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, RAL tra i 30.000/33.000 euro, ticket e un giorno di smart working alla settimana.
