RequirementsKnowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 standardsAbility to read and interpret chemical/physical laboratory analyses, metallographic sectionsSupport services for failure analysis, root causes, management of product non-conformitiesManagement and definition of CAPA on processes and products, definition and drafting of 8 D reports for product non-conformities and implementation of the related containment and corrective actionsEvaluation of product conformity both with respect to the IPC A 600 standard and to the customers' technical supply specificationsDefinition and monitoring of KPIs, evaluation of customer satisfactionInterface, organization and management of inspections / process auditsProfessional & Fluent English is mandatoryFlexibility and independence are appreciated soft skills Direct supervisorQuality Manager
