DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO) - This position involves : Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Saudi National; 1+ years of computer networking experience; 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Experience in computer networking; Experience working with Linux operating systems; Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds; Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
