From daily wellness routines to disease-specific management plans, Elfie’s flexible program ecosystem supports people at every stage of their health journey—turning behavior change into lasting lifestyle habits.What You’ll GetRelocation Support - Discussed on a case-by-case basisCompetitive Salary - Offered based on your location and experienceTech Setup - The equipment and tools you need to do your best workGrowth Opportunity - Supporting your growth and skill development over timeBonus Scheme - Performance-related, quarterly paidPaid Time Off & Public Holidays - Policy varies by country and contract typeHybrid Working - Typically 3 days in the office per weekMeals & Refreshments (Vietnam Office Only) - We’ve got you coveredWhat You’ll Do Shape Elfie’s global mobile health app program strategy — Design and deliver impactful, science-backed wellness and disease management journeys that resonate across diverse regions.Research health trends and user needs to inform program design and evolutionTranslate clinical and behavioral science into intuitive, engaging user experiencesCollaborate with behavior scientists, health experts, and content teams to create habit-forming journeysOwn the development of program features and experiences from concept to launch and iterationDefine clear logic and ensure all programs align with clinical standards and mobile app tech capabilitiesAnalyze user data and feedback to optimize adherence, satisfaction, and outcomesContinuously improve the structure, logic, and content delivery across programsEnsure programs adapt to different user segments—from everyday wellness to condition‑specific needsWhat You’ll Need Mobile Product management experience5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with internal tooling or platform products.3+ years managing a B2C product at scale, with a monthly active user base of 500,000+Proven ability to own product development end-to-end from research to launch and iterationDomain and behavioral expertiseExperience designing for health, wellness, or habit-forming digital products (is a big plus)Ability to translate scientific or clinical insights into intuitive, user-friendly experiencePrior experience in early-stage startups, with comfort navigating fast-paced, high-ambiguity environmentsUser-centered design and toolsProficient in Figma for wireframing, journey mapping, and collaboration on UI / UXStrong grasp of mobile UX best practices, particularly for behavior change and engagementData-driven product thinkingSkilled in using user data and feedback to inform product decisions and measure impactExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and subject matter expertsCommunication and collaborationExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective work with global stakeholdersAbility to work independently and coordinate across teams to drive alignment and resultsEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product, Business, Engineering, or Health Sciences) is a plusWhy Join Elfie?
