Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.We are seeking an Operations Intern to support our Packaging Development team. Reporting to the Packaging Development Manager, this role provides hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of projects. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about our fragrance and hotel amenities packaging, supporting samples and packaging development.This is a 6-month, full-time internship.Responsibilities:Support managing packaging prototyping Collect information & research on new packaging developmentGather product data, technical features, measurements and load data in the systemCoordinate sampling activities and shipmentsAssist with the industrialization process and execution of quality testsCompile Quality tracker and support the team in the quality complaint management with suppliersContribute to CONAI compliance and sustainability initiatives Required Education/Experience:Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fieldsFluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plusRequired Qualifications:Very precise and into detailsEmbracing changes, flexible-mindedA problem solverA collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholdersA great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the companyProficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)What you will learn:Awareness of production flow and stepsExperience in packaging manufacturing & cosmetic manufacturingOverview on project management, with the great opportunity to be in touch with many company departments & suppliersOverview of purchasing & planning activitiesInterparfums USA, LLC promotes equal opportunities and is committed to ensuring an inclusive work environment in compliance with Italian (Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decree 215/2003) and European regulations, without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other condition protected by law.
