PRICING ACTUARY - P&C at Allianz Italia3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsThe candidate will support the Pricing Team for Midcorporate across the full spectrum of analysis regarding the development or review of the tariffs and Technical Price for all Non Motor Products with focus on Enterprises.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical analyses in alignment with Group Best Practices, following the whole tariff process:Data PreparationOverall Rate Requirement analysisTechnical analysis with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioural modelsWhat‑if analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performanceDefinition of technical requirement for IT implementation regarding tariff and database structureAssess on a regular basis the quality and correctness of the models and analysesDevelop Reports based on forward looking KPIsParticipate in working groups for the definition of the concept of New ProductsInterface with other corporate functions on business or regulatory issuesKey Requirements/Skills/ExperienceMaster’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or equivalent fieldExperience (e.g. 2 years or more) in Insurance Companies/Consultancy Firms with strong focus on P&C Pricing projectsProficient with Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI would be a plusKnowledge of GLMs; minimum usage of Machine learning technics would be a plusExpertise in coding with Python or R; SQL or SASKnowledge of the whole Tower Watson Suite (Emblem, Radar, Classifier) would be a plusAbility to engage and interact with different stakeholdersProactive in constantly improving tools and approaches to be market leadingSeeking continuous knowledge improvement regarding business and technical issues, actively proposing ideas to managementFluent in Italian and English, written and spokenAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
