Le nostre soluzioni vengono fornite tramite un modello Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS), fornendo programmi di formazione scalabili e accessibili.Per l’ampliamento del nostro team stiamo cercando un/a:Customer Success ManagerRuolo:La figura, a diretto riporto del responsabile del dipartimento, sarà chiamata ad offrire un eccellente servizio ai clienti. L'obiettivo è mantenere ed aumentare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei clienti allo scopo di soddisfare le loro aspettative attraverso il monitoraggio tempestivo del servizio clienti durante tutte le fasi del progetto.ResponsabilitàPrendersi cura del cliente durante l'intero ciclo di vita del servizio, dall’onboarding all’erogazione del servizio e al monitoraggioMigliorare l’esperienza del servizio clienti, fidelizzare i clientiGestire le problematiche dei clienti fino alla loro risoluzioneSeguire e monitorare la soddisfazione del cliente in modo proattivoMantenere i clienti coinvolti e incentivare ad utilizzare regolarmente i prodottiAnalizzare statistiche e compilare report accurati per clienti e top managementAtteggiamento proattivo e collaborativo alla ricerca di un miglioramento continuoCoordinamento proattivo con il team tecnicoRequisiti e competenzeComprovata esperienza lavorativa come Customer Service Manager in ambiente ITGestione delle relazioni con i clienti e capacità di comunicazionePer sapere di più sulla nostra azienda visita il nostro sito: ricerca si rivolge a candidati ambosessi (D.Lgs. 198/2006).
