Inside Sales Representative- ItalianLocation: Athens Greece (On-site)Start Date: 13 October 2025Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (40h / week)Contract: PermanentOn-site deadline: Candidates must be able to work from site starting 8 October 2025About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our clients team in Athens. You will handle inbound customer inquiries promote tailored solutions and contribute to sales growth while delivering a positive customer experience.What You Will DoHandle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customers inquiries.Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Meet and exceed sales performance targets.Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve results.RequirementsNative or near-native fluency in Italian (C2 level).Good level of English (B2).Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on-site in Athens.Salary & BenefitsSalary: CompetitiveBonus: Uncapped quarterly performance bonusTraining: 3 weeks fully paid14 salaries per year (12 monthly Easter Summer Christmas)Private health & life insurance25 days annual leave50 monthly meal voucherRelocation Package (for candidates relocating from abroad)3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the officeUp to €300 relocation support (paid with first salary)Legal support with hiring documentsImportant NotesFlight reimbursement (first
