Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market‑leading, innovative, and fast‑growing digital businesses including Kindle, Kindle Fire Tablets, Fire TV and Echo. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to join one of the most innovative businesses at Amazon and one of the fastest growing segments within Alexa.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning and forecasting process for business initiatives under Alexa+.Build and present KPI dashboards with financial and business insights each month and quarter for specific business metrics.Own finance communication with the business teams on product performance, long‑term planning, risks, and opportunities.Drive automation and scaling of financial reporting to simplify processes for internal stakeholders (e.g., finance peers and monetization partners).Lead deep dives into key cost drivers for month‑end reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans.Basic Qualifications3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis.Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills in working with peers and business leaders.Compensation and BenefitsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
