Employment Type: 1 Full-time (summer season) / Part-time (winter season) Contract : Permanent/Fixed Tem Contract ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers with elegance, representing the Brand Guide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertise Ensure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationships Proactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store. Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiences Enhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience Handle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standardsResponsibilities (Sales Performance & Business Development)Achieve and exceed sales targets Engage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connections Support and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and sales Collaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate...)
