Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Svelte Kit) - Tech Lead (Remote)We're supporting one of the top Italian HR Tech start-ups that created one of the most advanced scalable platform in the sector. They enable workflows automation to make better decisions using data and AI. The product is already live, growing, and built with long-term scalability in mind.They are now looking to hire a Lead Full stack Engineer combining technical leadership with active full-stack development.The person must be already based in Italy with the possibility to work fully remotely from the country.What You'll DoTechnical LeadershipOwn system architecture and technical direction.Turn vague requirements into clear, documented solutions.Set and maintain engineering standards.Scale the platform Full-Stack DevelopmentBuild end-to-end features using Svelte Kit, Type Script, and Node.js.Design and maintain production-grade REST APIs.Optimize performance, databases, and cloud costs. Team & DeliveryMentor a growing team of 5 engineers and support team growth.Establish clean delivery processes: reviews, CI/CD, observability. Infrastructure & AIOwn AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Build and integrate AI-powered features using modern APIs and LLMs. What We're Looking For5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.Experience in a senior or technical leadership role is mandatoryFluency in English written and oral is mandatoryStrong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.Experience scaling a platformComfortable owning features end to end, from frontend to infrastructure. Tech StackFrontend: Svelte Kit, Type Script, Tailwind CSSBackend: Node.js, Postgre SQL, REST APIsCloud & Dev Ops: AWS, Docker, CI/CDTesting & Security: Modern testing frameworks, secure-by-default practices
