Amazon Sales Manager Department: Sales Reports To: VP of SalesLocation: Remote (CST)Compensation: Upto $5000 About Zicoto (Pacificoa Trading Ltd) At Zicoto, we specialize in high-quality products on Amazon and other marketplaces. With our team of experts, you will have the tools to make data-driven decisions and take your sales strategy to the next level. This Role Is NOT For You If:You are not proactive in identifying and solving problems. You don't take full ownership of targets and outcomes. You aren't able to manage multiple product launches with high attention to detail. You are uncomfortable working with sales data or analytics platforms. You expect others to do the heavy lifting when it comes to PPC and inventory management.This Role IS For You If:You take complete ownership of the sales process and outcomes. You are motivated by meeting (and exceeding) revenue targets. You thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. You believe in strategic data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement. You excel at leading new product launches, driving PPC performance, and optimizing listings. You are a team player who ensures seamless coordination across sales, marketing, and operations.What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will:Manage and scale the sales of 15-25 product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces. Lead new product launches, ensuring they reach $10K/month within 90 days with a success rate of 70-75%. Own the strategy for PPC optimization, improving keyword rankings and profitability. Actively monitor the competitive landscape and make adjustments to sales strategies to protect market positions. Maintain stock levels that minimize excess inventory, with a liquidation rate target under 7%.Metrics you will be measured on:Revenue growth, PPC efficiency, and product success rates. Inventory health, forecasting accuracy, and liquidation management. New product launch velocity and success.
