FunctiebeschrijvingParticipate in managing the operational marketing plan with activities supporting the launch of new products and the existing portfolio; Implement communication activities for promotion; Contribute to creating and monitoring materials and presentations for the sales force, and promotional activities in stores; Participate in implementing digital activities and social editorial plans in collaboration with the digital agency; Oversee packaging revisions; Manage website content adaptations; Support the development of the editorial calendar and participate in content planning and overall strategy; Coordinate with different stakeholders within the company for assets, including digital initiatives; Manage social media and community engagement. ProfielMaster's degree, preferably in economics; Minimum 3 years FMCG experience is required; Knowledge of Italian trade structure and media development; Experience with social media; Good knowledge of IRI / GFK execution; Fluent in written and spoken Italian; strong understanding of English (written and spoken); Open dialogue, passion for brand development, team spirit; Results-driven, enjoys the 'scoring the deal' process and loves to WIN; Good interpersonal skills; Social, ambitious, responsible, proactive; Positive attitude in life.
