Experis ricerca un Platform Software Engineer Cloud Services (Python/Go, Kubernetes Operators), in modalità full remote. Mission Come Platform Software Engineer in area Cloud, ti occuperai di: Sviluppare automazioni per i servizi Cloud Aruba, progettando API e operator Kubernetes per orchestrare risorse e servizi infrastrutturali (provisioning, aggiornamenti, scaling, patching, decommissioning). Progettare e sviluppare API (REST/gRPC) per la Cloud Management Platform. Sviluppare operator/controllori Kubernetes (CRD) per automatizzare provisioning, upgrade, backup/restore e failover. Implementare workflow end-to-end con attenzione a idempotenza e rollback sicuri. Gestire aggiornamenti e compatibilità dei servizi (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery). Integrare audit trail e observability (metriche, log, tracing) con sistemi SIEM/monitoring. Collaborare con team di Progettazione/Operations su requisiti non funzionali (scalabilità, resilienza, sicurezza). Contribuire al miglioramento continuo (refactoring, standardizzazione, code review, sicurezza supply chain). Fornire supporto di terzo livello su componenti sviluppati. Le caratteristiche della persona che si unirà al Team Experis Laurea in Informatica/Ingegneria Informatica o esperienza equivalente. Ottima padronanza di Python e Go. Esperienza con API REST/gRPC, Kubernetes (CRD, controller-runtime, Helm/Kustomize), Linux, networking, storage (Ceph/S3, NFS), DB (PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL). Conoscenza di CI/CD (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions), GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Observability (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry), sicurezza (Vault/KMS, cifratura, scansioni SAST/DAST). Inglese scritto e parlato (livello B2). Soft skills: mentalità sistemistica, attitudine allo sviluppo e automazione, ownership end-to-end, capacità di lavorare in team cross-funzionali, orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
