ResponsibilitiesSecure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarationsTo ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulationsResponsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operationsResponsible for monthly and periodic statutory reportingResponsible for the preparation of all official reports and tax returnsTo perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing companyTo perform various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by Business ControllerInvolvement in all audit processes : internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requestedTo provide correct and timely figures and reports and raising red flags when neededTo keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation, inform the colleagues in all departments involvedTo follow internal procedures or other internal rules applicable to this positionTo implement accounting procedures in the departmentTo support other departments with financial and fiscal informationActively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projectsTo use company assets in an efficient and cost-conscious wayManage the filing, storage and security of documentsResponsible for all credit & collection activitiesTo improve the KPI in credit & collectionContinuously work for improving efficiency in the accounting departmentTo succeed, you will needTechnical skillVery good knowledge of Excel is a mustGood knowledge of English both spoken and written.Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations.Able to show efficiency and cope with stressful situations.Able to pay attention to details and maintain confidentiality.Proactive ensuring that warning signals are highlighted and action plans are implemented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solving fiscal and accounting cases and analysing Business needs.Experience requirementYou should have minimum 5-8 years experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of Financial, Fiscal and Management AccountingGood understanding of ERP systems and how they work.Expertise in of Excel and working knowledge of PowerBIEducational requirements Degree in economicsPersonality requirementsGood communication skills and ability to understand various functions and situationsGood interpersonal skillsWork in an organized manner.Active, dynamic, motivated person with good communication management skills.Job locationCastello D'Agogna (PV)#J-18808-Ljbffr
