Hilton Molino Stucky Venice è alla ricerca di unF&B Office Traineemotivato e organizzato da inserire nel team Food & Beverage, con l’obiettivo di supportare le attività gestionali e operative legate al corretto funzionamento degli outlet ristorativi dell’hotel. In qualità di F&B Office Trainee, acquisirai una visione completa dell’organizzazione del reparto F&B, lavorando a stretto contatto con l’F&B Manager e collaborando con i diversi team per garantire standard elevati di servizio e un’esperienza di qualità per gli ospiti. Supportare l’F&B Manager nella gestione delle attività quotidiane dei cinque outlet ristorativi dell’hotel. Collaborare alle attività di back office e amministrative del reparto Food & Beverage. Fornire supporto nella gestione delle richieste da parte degli ospiti e nelle attività di pubbliche relazioni legate all’offerta ristorativa. Utilizzare sistemi informatici dedicati per la gestione operativa e organizzativa del reparto. Affiancare il team negli aspetti gestionali legati a budget, costi e controllo delle risorse. Supportare le attività di coordinamento del personale F&B in collaborazione con i vari reparti. Contribuire alla conoscenza e applicazione degli standard Hilton all’interno dell’offerta ristorativa. Studenti o neolaureati in ambito Turismo, Hospitality Management, Economia o affini, con interesse per il mondo Food & Beverage. Buone capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese; la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerata un vantaggio. Buone capacità organizzative, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio. Attitudine proattiva, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team. Interesse a sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita del prodotto alberghiero e dell’offerta ristorativa. Inserimento previsto:Febbraio / Marzo 2026 Stage Full Time(40h settimanali da lunedì a domenica con 2 giorni OFF) 07:00 – 15:30 (30 minuti di pausa pranzo) 09:00 – 17:30 (30 minuti di pausa pranzo) 10:00 – 18:30 (30 minuti di pausa pranzo) 14:00 – 22:30 (30 minuti di pausa cena) Opportunità di apprendere e crescere in una delle più prestigiose catene alberghiere al mondo.
