If this is you, we'd love to talk.## **About the Role**The Demand Planner is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and Demand Management for their respective area of responsibility.## **What You Will Do*** Analyzing historical demand and filter out outliers, identifying the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm* Developing the base Demand Plan using the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and adjust where necessary* Generating the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling/scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management* Understanding the impact of the customer buying pattern* Communicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issues## **Who You Are*** Bachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of study* Proven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position, ideally in the FMCG Industry* Fluent in Italian and English* Good analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3 - APO* A real Team Player, with good communication skills at different organization level* Fast learner with a strong attitude to problem solving## **What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
