SHIP REPAIR MANAGERShip Repair & Refit Sicily, Italy ️ End-to-End Project Ownership We are supporting a marine repair and refit environment in the search for an experienced Ship Repair / Refit Manager to lead end-to-end refit projects across drydock and afloat operations. This role is suited to hands-on managers with strong technical grounding and proven experience delivering complex refit projects from planning through execution to final delivery. Key Requirements Proven end-to-end refit project management experience Strong background in ship repair and refit operations Degree in Naval Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification) Fluent Italian required (English a strong advantage) Right to work in Italy Confident coordinating shipyard teams, subcontractors, class, and clients Role Focus Manage drydock and afloat refit projects Coordinate technical scopes across hull, steel, piping, mechanical & electrical Control schedule, cost, quality, and safety Act as the main interface between vessel, yard, and client A strong opportunity for an experienced Ship Repair Manager looking to take ownership of technically demanding marine projects in Italy.
