Per azienda cliente leader nel settore arredamento, siamo alla ricerca di un R&D engineer da inserire presso la loro sede sita in provincia di Monza e Brianza.Il candidato selezionato lavorerà allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, al miglioramento delle soluzioni esistenti e al supporto tecnico durante tutto il ciclo di progettazione.Responsabilità principaliSviluppo e progettazione di nuovi prodotti d’arredo, dal concept al prototipo finale.Analisi dei materiali, delle tecnologie e dei processi produttivi per ottimizzare costi, qualità e sostenibilità.Realizzazione di modelli 3D e tavole tecniche mediante software CAD.Collaborazione con i reparti produzione, marketing e qualità per garantire un corretto trasferimento del prodotto in produzione.Ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecniche, materiali innovativi e trend di settore.Supporto nella gestione dei test di validazione e certificazione dei prodotti.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, del Design, dei Materiali o equivalente).Esperienza pregressa in ruoli R&D o progettazione, preferibilmente nel settore arredamento o similare.Ottima conoscenza di software CAD 3D (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor o equivalenti).Capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving.Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, creatività e orientamento all’innovazione.Conoscenza dei principali processi produttivi del settore legno/metalmeccanico è considerata un plus.OffriamoAmbiente dinamico e orientato alla crescita professionale.Possibilità di lavorare su progetti innovativi e di contribuire allo sviluppo di prodotti di alta qualità.Percorso di formazione continuo e opportunità di crescita interna.Pacchetto retributivo in linea con l’esperienza.#J-18808-Ljbffr
