Role DescriptionDevelop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing strategy in alignment with resort goals Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Reservations teams Manage key market segments including leisure, corporate, MICE, and luxury travel partners Grow business across domestic and international markets through effective sales activities Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and luxury consortia Oversee digital marketing, brand communications, and PR initiatives to ensure strong visibility and consistent positioning Monitor revenue performance, forecasting, and market trends to identify opportunities Coordinate with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability Ensure high-quality standards in all promotional materials, campaigns, and online presence Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure guest experience aligns with brand messaging Prepare detailed reports, analysis, and presentations for senior leadership Act as a brand ambassador and steward of the resort’s identity, heritage, and valuesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (or senior leadership role) within luxury hospitality Strong commercial acumen and understanding of high-end resort environments Established network within luxury travel, corporate, and MICE segments Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and PR Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with sales/CRM systems and Microsoft Office High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) Passion for luxury travel, hospitality excellence, and driving commercial successWhat We OfferA key executive role in one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts Opportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritage Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional development and continuous training opportunities Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits A dynamic, supportive, and international team environmentApply Now Ready to elevate your career in luxury hospitality sales and marketing?
