Stiamo cercando una figura competente che si possa occupare dello shop online ma anche dell'aggiornamento del nostro sito web.Cerchiamo una figura operativa e strategica che unisca performance marketing, gestione e-commerce e aggiornamenti del sito.Ruolo e CompetenzeCome E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing Manager sarai responsabile della crescita delle vendite online, guidando campagne Ads multicanale e ottimizzando lo shop (promo, prodotti, contenuti, conversione).Responsabilità principali:Pianificare, lanciare e ottimizzare campagne Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) e Google Ads(Search/Shopping/PMax).Gestire budget, ROAS/CPA, reportistica e test continui su creatività e audience.Curare tracking e misurazione: GA4, Pixel, eventi e conversioni (in collaborazione con dev se necessario).Aggiornare il sito in base a promozioni, stagionalità, nuovi lanci (banner, homepage, landing, categorie).Inserire e ottimizzare nuovi prodotti: schede prodotto, foto, copy, prezzi, bundle/upsell, cross-sell.Lavorare sulla CRO (conversion rate optimization): migliorare UX, funnel e performance delle pagine chiave.Coordinare e briefare eventuali figure esterne (developer, grafico, content creator) quando serve. Requisiti:Esperienza concreta nella crescita di un e-commerce (food è un plus).Ottima padronanza di Meta Ads e Google Ads con risultati misurabili.Competenze di base su GA4 / tracking / eventi e capacità di dialogare con sviluppatori.Attitudine "hands-on": autonomia, velocità, metodo, problem solving.Forte sensibilità su branding, creatività e contenuti. Plus:Esperienza con Tik Tok Ads, email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo o simili), feed prodotti e Merchant Center.Conoscenza di logiche promozionali (bundle, limited drops, stagionalità, gift box).Esperienza con piattaforme custom o contesti non-Shopify (backoffice proprietari).Conoscenza della lingua ingleseConoscenza del mercato tedesco e UAE.
