Work in Lisbon: Video Content Analyst/Italian (Relocation Support Available) – Global People SphereLocation: Lisbon, Portugal (LACS Anjos) – On‑site, flexible shifts.Are you passionate about ensuring a safe online experience for millions of users? We are looking for a detail‑oriented Video Content Analyst (Italian Speaker) to join our YouTube Trust & Safety team in Lisbon.About The RoleIn this position, you will review and analyze video content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, objective, and committed to maintaining a secure digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate video content based on internal policies and community standards.Flag, escape, or remove content involving sensitive or harmful material.Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.Work effectively in 24/7 rotating shifts to meet deadlines.Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to improve policy understanding.Stay updated on evolving content trends and policy changes.RequirementsMandatory:Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and strong English (B2 minimum).Excellent attention to detail and objective analytical skills.Availability to work in flexible rotating shifts.Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon (LACS Anjos).All Preferred:Experience in moderation, contact centers, or customer support.Exposure to sensitive or graphic content.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Emotional resilience and ability to remain professional under challenging content.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: Up to 14,000 gross/year (without experience) or 16,100 gross/year (with experience in content analysis).Language bonus: 700 gross/year.Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (net, meal card).Transport allowance: 700 gross/year.Relocation support:For candidates relocating from outside continental Portugal: full assistance with NIF & NISS, support in finding accommodation, and a 2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first payroll).For candidates relocating within Portugal (100+ km from Lisbon): 1,500 gross relocation bonus.Why Join Us?Work with one of the world's leading technology brands.Grow your career in a multicultural, dynamic environment.Comprehensive relocation support.Make a real impact by contributing to a safe and positive online ecosystem.Interested in this opportunity?
