The Role: Fabric Quality Control Specialist We are looking for a Fabric Quality Control Specialist to join our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role is responsible for ensuring that all fabrics meet the company’s quality standards through technical evaluation, data management and coordination of inspection activities. The position involves close collaboration with internal departments and suppliers to guarantee consistency, precision and excellence across all production phases. Your Impact The Day-To-Day Perform technical evaluations of fabrics, checking weight, hand, color and appearance to ensure compliance with quality standards Manage quality control operations, data collection and workflow organization based on production priorities Identify and classify fabric defects, collaborating with suppliers to resolve non-conformities Support the selection of fabric lots for production and review dyeing test results Qualifications Key Qualifications Proven experience in the textile industry, with knowledge of fabric characteristics and main defect types Ability to apply and maintain defined quality standards with accuracy and consistency Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus Our Shared Values At Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
