Our Opportunity — Pre-Opening General Manager, Baccarat Hotel Rome The Pre-Opening General Manager will hold full responsibility for bringing Baccarat Hotel Rome to life — overseeing the journey from concept to daily operation. This is both a strategic and creative leadership role: the chance to shape a landmark that defines modern luxury in the heart of one of the world’s most inspiring cities. They will work closely with ownership, design teams, and Starwood Hotels leadership to ensure the hotel’s food, beverage, and cultural offerings redefine what luxury feels like — elegant yet energetic, refined yet real. Proven experience in pre-opening and managing luxury hotels , ideally within Europe (experience in Italy a must). A visionary leader who embraces creativity and culture as part of modern luxury. Commercially astute with a proven record of achieving excellence in RevPAR, profitability, and brand reputation. A genuine appreciation for design, gastronomy, and cultural storytelling. A confident, charismatic presence — polished yet approachable, with a natural sense of style and humanity.
