Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe’s premier hotels for art exhibitions. AsSecurity Manager, you will oversee all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our guests, employees, and property across the island. You will lead the Security team, implement security procedures, manage emergency protocols, and collaborate with all hotel departments to uphold the highest standards of safety within a luxury environment. Supervising, training, and leading the Security team • Implementing and maintaining security procedures, protocols, and emergency plans • Monitoring the safety of guests, staff, assets, and facilities across the island • Conducting regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments • Managing CCTV systems, access control, and incident-reporting processes • Preparing detailed reports on incidents, risks, and security performance • Supporting VIP arrivals, high-profile events, and sensitive operations • Providing ongoing safety training for hotel employees • Ensuring a discreet, professional, and guest-focused security presence Previous experience as Security Manager or senior Security Officer in luxury hospitality or a comparable high-standard environment • Solid understanding of safety regulations, risk prevention, and emergency protocols • Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control) and incident reporting • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • A guest-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills A leadership role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury properties • Professional development and safety training programs • Ready to lead security operations on one of Venice’s most exclusive private islands?
