Main activities Le principali responsabilità affidate saranno: Redigere, revisionare e negoziare contratti commerciali (fornitura, partnership, outsourcing, licenze, ecc.); Fornire consulenza legale interna su tematiche di diritto civile e commerciale; Collaborare con le diverse funzioni e con il management nella gestione dei rapporti contrattuali; Supportare la definizione di policy, procedure e linee guida aziendali in ambito legale e compliance; Monitorare l’evoluzione normativa rilevante per il settore dei servizi, identificando rischi e opportunità; Garantire che le attività aziendali siano svolte in conformità con la normativa vigente e con gli standard di corporate governance. Requirements Il Candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Giurisprudenza; Consolidata esperienza in uffici legali aziendali o studi legali, con focus su contrattualistica commerciale; Ottima conoscenza del diritto civile e commerciale; Capacità di redigere e negoziare contratti complessi in italiano e in inglese; Conoscenza di base in ambito compliance, privacy e diritto del lavoro; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative per interfacciarsi con stakeholder interni ed esterni; Spiccate capacità analitiche e problem solving; Attenzione al dettaglio e precisione; Attitudine proattiva e orientamento al risultato; Curiosità e forte volontà di apprendere; Workplace TORINO
