La persona, inserita all’interno del team datacenter , si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività e responsabilità: Gestione Day By Day dell’infrastruttura server e client dei clienti; Assistenza HW/SW on site e remota Attività di primo/secondo livello su client in ambiente Microsoft Attività di primo livello/secondo livello su server in ambiente Microsoft Attività di primo/secondo livello su ambienti virtuali Hyper-V e VMware Supporto utenti, gestione dispositivi e tools aziendali (PC, stampanti, smartphone ); Gestione dei backup dei clienti ***Requisiti di base*** Buona competenza su sistemi Windows e Linux Conoscenza e capacità di risoluzione problemi lato client e lato server Gestione di eventi e risoluzione di incidenti relativi all’infrastruttura dei sistemi e storage Diploma di Perito Informatico, laurea breve in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica oppure esperienza equivalente. Capacità di troubleshooting e problem solving. Capacità di analisi delle performance e tuning dei sistemi. ***Caratteristiche dell’ambiente di lavoro e cosa offriamo*** Viene garantito un adeguato percorso formativo in grado di garantire l'acquisizione continua di nuove competenze e certificazioni; Inquadramento contrattuale ed economico saranno commisurati all'esperienza del candidato/a.
