In this role, you will actively contribute to project process decisions, support the technical office in identifying optimal engineering solutions for final delivery, and continuously improve workflows to enhance value, reduce costs, and simplify operations. Responsibilities EAF/LF cold testing, commissioning, start‑up and performance test Customer follow‑up: training, standard operation practices and tuning of process parameters Define technical choices concerning the process to reach the quality/cost level compatible with project requirements Conduct inspections and assessments of plant and equipment Prepare process specifications and appropriate sizing of system components Manage the technical documentation of the process, revising and commenting offers and supplier documents Take an active role in process innovation by seeking new technologies and development of existing applications Maintain, review, and improve industry standards, systems, procedures and best practices Provide process engineering input to marketing and proposals, to support business development strategies Provide process information such as basic design calculations, process‑engineering input Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering 3+ years of experience in the steel industry Process metallurgy knowledge Ability to communicate with customers from plant operators to general managers Ability to organize and manage site activities Ability to understand piping and instrumentation diagrams Knowledge of engineering calculation techniques Competence in using simulation software and other methodologies Willingness to work in a team Effective knowledge of the English language Willingness to travel for short/medium periods Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management and Manufacturing Industry Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
