Preferably in the squares of Rome and FlorenceMastery of English and any other language is an advantage, but not essentialYou are dynamic and great at growing and cultivating lasting relationshipsYou are a proactive and experienced person, with great enthusiasm and self-motivationYou are able to work efficiently and effectively in a rapidly growing environment that relies in many ways on being flexible and moving quicklyYou want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the wayWhat you’ll do….Working closely with our Cluster Director of Sales, you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIsResponsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Rome from both global and local accounts in line with the hotel’s strategies and budgetsGenerate new business through market research and liaising closely with Accor and The Hoxton global sales teamWe’ll look to you to build up
